A civilian has been killed and another injured in a landmine blast in Afghanistan, officials said Tuesday. The mine planted by suspected anti-government rebels exploded when a vehicle passed over it in the western city of Herat on Monday, interior ministry spokesman Lutfullah Mashal told AFP.
