Industrial rehabilitation plan underway

The Federal government has prepared a well-knitted plan for rehabilitation of existing industrial estates of the country, official sources told Business Recorder here on Thursday. The government, under the plan, would contribute up to 50 percent of the cost of such rehabilitation work while provincial governments would share 25 percent, district governments 10 percent whereas users would contribute 15 percent of the cost.
The present regime was making full efforts for providing maximum facilities to the business community aimed at enabling them to fulfil the global demands and various standards.
The work on the plan would be executed shortly in all four provinces of the country sources revealed.
