In spite of excellent political and diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Tunisia the bilateral trade in between was only $40 million, however there is tremendous potential for boosting trade relations for the benefit of both countries, In-charge Affairs of Tunisia in Pakistan, Mohammad Bin Salah told APP here Friday. He called for boosting trade relations between Pakistan and Tunisia. The envoy appreciating economic policies initiated by Pakistan called businessmen of two countries to avail the opportunity and enhance trade between them.
He added that Tunisia could export dates, fertilisers and Olive oil to Pakistan.
One Pakistani exhibition to be held in Tunisia in the second half of 2005 would help boost trade relations between the two brotherly countries, Salah opined.
