Former Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zulfiqar Ali Khan N.I.(M) passed away on Tuesday due to heart failure, PAF announced here. He has left behind a widow and a daughter to mourn his death. Air Chief Marshal Zulfiqar Ali Khan was born on December 10, 1930 in Lahore. He was commissioned in the GD(P) Branch on December 21, 1950. He was the first graduate of the PAF Academy Risalpur to have reached the highest appointment in the PAF.
His burial, with full military honours, would be held at 4:00 pm at H-8 Graveyard, Islamabad on Wednesday.
