Secretary General Norwegian Church Aid, Atle Sommerfeldt inaugurated "NCA Block" here at Dar-ul-Mussarat to facilitate the mentally challenged children. The Ambassador of Norway Janis Bjorn Kanavin, his wife Marianne Kanavin, deputy head of mission of Royal Embassy of Norway Alf Arne Ramslien and resident representative of Norwegian Church Aid Per Westborg were also present on the occasion.
