DaimlerChrysler AG's scandal-hit Japanese truck unit may face a government inspection on suspicion it failed to report more defects, a newspaper reported on Saturday. The unlisted Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp, held 65 percent by the German-US automaker, said in May last year that it had hidden defects for eight years.
