The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) former president Iftikhar Ali Malik will present a report regarding construction of FPCCI buildings in Karachi and Islamabad at a meeting of Managing Committee of the Federation scheduled for April 30 in Lahore. According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, Iftikhar Malik who is also the Chairman of the FPCCI Building Projects will discuss the design of Federation House at Islamabad, its details, besides marketing and legal aspects of the project. The FPCCI President Chaudhary Muhammad Saeed would chair the meeting of Managing Committee, the release added.
It may be mentioned that Iftikhar Malik during his tenure as FPCCI Chief made struggle to purchase land for the construction of Federation House in Islamabad.
The meeting is likely to discuss amendments in article of association of the Federation and appointment of event management firm for 'made in Pakistan' exhibition to be held in Lahore from October this year and April 2006.
The meeting would also discuss annual scheme of quality award and nomination would also be made for the President of Islamic Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), the release concluded.-PR
