Logitech to propose two-for-one share split

Computer mouse maker Logitech said it would ask shareholders to approve a two-for-one split of its shares and confirmed its financial targets for its current business year. The PC peripherals maker, which also makes webcams, keyboards and gaming consoles, said in a statement overnight on Thursday that the stock split would apply to its shares and ADRs.Logitech holds its annual general meeting on June 16.
