Top global mobile phone maker Nokia has sold an office property in Finland to privately-held London & Regional Properties for 100 million euros ($122.5 million), a Nokia spokeswoman said on Wednesday. "Some kind of a small gain will be booked from the sale in the second quarter," Johanna Jokinen told Reuters, declining to specify further. Nokia will continue to rent the office buildings in the Helsinki suburb of Espoo, built in 2001 and totalling 35,225 square metres, London & Regional Properties said in a statement.
Shares in Nokia were up 1.3 percent at 13.82 euros by 1233 GMT, in line with the DJ Stoxx Technology index.
