The Kodak Limited Pakistan has announced the latest technology being introduced by Kodak Health Group and Eastman Kodak Company, New York, the Kodak's integrated RIS/PACS suite, including Kodak's Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) solutions, said a press release here, on Friday.
The product is gaining immense popularity amongst leading imaging centres and other healthcare providers across the United States.
There is also a great demand for Kodak Carestream Enterprise Information Management Solutions, which provides intelligent, automated management of information and radiological images stored in multiple systems throughout the organisation.
Imaging studies can be transferred to less costly storage solutions as the age in accordance with customer-defined preferences, the statement added.
Michael W Jackman, General Manager of Healthcare Information Systems and Vice President, Kodak's Health Group said: "Our information management solutions equip healthcare facilities to more efficiently manage an exponential growth in images and information."

Kodak Health Imaging - Pakistan Country Business Manager Jawed Jafri said: "The new Kodak image and information management system provides solution to migrate and manage data for radiology, cardiology and other departments in an efficient central database.
