Easier trend persisted on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Wednesday as leading buyers kept on the sidelines in the absence of fresh leads, they said. The July vaida commenced with no change at Rs 439.60. In the process of trading, it gained 20 paisa to be day's best at Rs 439.80.
Later, it shed Rs 1.10 to be day's lowest at Rs 438.70 and market settled at the same level, they said.
The December vaida showed no change at opening at Rs 421.80. Later, it gained 20 paisa to be day's best at rs 422.00. In the process of trading, it lost Rs 1.50 to be day's lowest at Rs 420.50 and closing was seen at Rs 420.80, they added.
