The return flight of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) from Multan to Islamabad was cancelled after the plane developed some technical problem during landing at the local airport, said Multan airport officials here on Sunday. Despite the problem, the Boeing 737 operating PK-385 Islamabad-Lahore-Multan flight, landed safely when it reached the local airport at around 11:45 am.
The plane was stopped before apron after pilot reported some problem in plane's hydraulic system, PIA officials said. The plane was carrying 152 passengers and its return flight PK-386 was cancelled due to the problem. Officials said that engineers were examining the plane.
