The Lion's Club Election Committee of International Board of Directors through a notification issued on June 10, 2005 has appointed Nooruddin Ahmed as District Governor for District 305-SI for the year 2005-06, a press release issued here on Tuesday said.
Lion Nooruddin was serving as Vice District Governor of District 305-SI in the year 2004-05. Lion Nooruddin Ahmed has already left for Hong Kong to take oath of office at the invitation of the Lion's Club International, the release said.-PR
