Infosys Technologies Ltd, India's second-largest software exporter, said on Thursday it will integrate Oracle Corp's Internet-based business software with its banking product, Finacle. The E-business Suite of software from Oracle, the world's second biggest independent software company, helps companies manage accounting and resources, while Finacle is used by banks to run their central operations.
Shares of Nasdaq-listed Infosys were trading 1.44 percent up at 2,357.65 rupees towards close on the Bombay Stock Exchange, while the main 30-share benchmark index was up 1.04 percent.
