PML workers urged to forge unity

Punjab Minister for Tourism, Mian Aslam Iqbal has said that the government was taking practical steps to improve health, education, agriculture and irrigation facilities in the province. Speaking at the inauguration of Pakistan Muslim League (PML) liaison office at UC-103 here on Thursday, Aslam maintained that drop out ratio of girl students from the schools had been reduced while primary health care project was also playing an important role in providing medical facilities to the people.
He claimed the government had provided funds in abundance for the development of Lahore and ensured their proper utilisation for providing basic facilities. He also called upon the PML workers to forge unity in their ranks and apprise the masses about the steps taken by the government for their welfare.
He said that workers should not promote individualism and strengthen liaison with each other.
