Counter for medical visa at Indian High Commission opens

A special counter to handle applications for medical treatment visa has been opened by the Indian High Commission here from Monday. The Consular Section of the Indian High Commission has said that each patient would be allowed to take two attendants, such a spouse, children or blood relations with him or her.
The applications will have to be accompanied by details of medical appointments, correspondence with the hospital concerned and, of course, the mandatory photographs.
