Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company (Pvt) Limited (PKIC) has achieved a successful financial close of Rs 500 million loan facility in the form of Privately Placed Term Finance Certificate (PPTFC) Issue. MCB Bank Limited and PKIC senior officials attended a ceremony to mark this event held in Karachi.
A memoranda to commemorate financial close of transaction was signed between MCB Bank Limited and PKIC. President and Chief Executive of MCB Bank Muhammad Aftab Manzoor and PKIC Managing Director Istaqbal Mehdi signed memoranda on behalf of their respective institutions.
