Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday granted bail to former nazim Town-I Peshawar, Haroon Bashir Bilour after the returning officer (RO) announced one-month imprisonment for Bilour on charges of creating disturbance in a polling station of Sheikhabad.
Justice Shah Jehan Gandapur after hearing the arguments of the counsel of Haroon Bilour set aside the verdict of RO Nasirullah Gandapur and granted bail to him on one surety bond of Rs 50,000.
