Jhang and Bhakkar districts of Southern Punjab have been declared sensitive and army is being called for the assistance of district administration for holding local bodies elections in peaceful manner. Total 11 out of 18 districts of Punjab have been declared 'sensitive' for the second leg of local bodies' polls.
A spokesman of Election Commission said that army was being called for Lahore, Narowal, Rawalpindi, Jhang, Faisalabad, Okara, Bhakkar, Sheikupura, Hafizabad and Mandi Bahauddin.
