On the directive of Advisor to chief minister on Excise and Taxation (E&T) M A Jalil, rupees two million have been earmarked for training of E&T staff whose performance has remained not up to the mark due to lack of training.
According to official sources, special training courses have been arranged for E&T staff at the national institute of public administration (NIPA).

The Excise Police will be imparted training at Sindh Police training centres so as to make them capable of encountering any possible situation, and use the weapons against drug traffickers.
The Advisor directed that positive results should be achieved by acting on the human resource development policy of President Pervez Musharraf.
