Dareshak calls on Shaukat

The Chief Whip of Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Parliamentary Party, Sardar Nasrullah Khan Dareshak called on Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz at the PM House here on Saturday. Sardar Nasrullah discussed the local bodies' (LBs) elections and organisational matters of the party with the PM.
He was accompanied by Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly Sardar Shaukat Mazari. The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction over the smooth and peaceful conduct of the LBs elections and observed that people had voted for moderate and pro-development forces. The Prime Minister said the government would continue to make efforts for evenly spreading the fruits of development among all segments of the society.
Matters pertaining to the current session of the national assembly also came under discussion and the Prime Minister urged the members to take active part in the proceedings of the parliament.
