Five persons including two women were murdered at various places of the district during last 24 hours. In first accident, one Muhabit Khan in Chak No 276-GB axed wife Roshan Bibi and his father-in-law Ahmad Yar to death over a domestic dispute. Jaranwala Police have registered a case and searching the accused.
In Berainwala Chowk, Ghulam Mohammadabad Colony 70 year old Mohammad Saleem of 100-JB and owner of a valuable plot was shot dead in mysterious circumstances.
In nearby village 203-RB, Mohammad Afzal was beaten to death by Abdul Razzad etc over post elections. In Kamalia, one Nasreen Bibi was shot dead by her relative girl Sajida Bibi over a domestic dispute.
