A high-level delegation of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) headed by president, Malik Niaz Ahmad left on a visit of Kazakhstan on Tuesday.
The delegation is comprising of vice president, SCCI Zahidullah Shinwari, president Industrialists Association, Hayatabad, Nauman Wazir and executive members Malik Sajjad Gul Awan and Manzoor Elahi.
The purpose of the visit to Kazakhstan was the promotion of bilateral trade between both countries and removal of the hurdles in trade with Central Asian Republics (CARs). During stay in Kazakhstan, the delegation besides meeting traders would also hold meetings with the officials of the Commerce Ministry of Kazakhstan.
The SCCI president during the visit would also have to present proposal for establishment of SCCI-Almaty Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the name of Manzoor Elahi would be presented for its presidentship.
