No trade plan with Israel: Humayun

Federal Commerce Minister Humayun Akhtar said that there was no trade plan with Israel under consideration. Despite two-way link initiated with Israel, no trade would commence with the country, he added.
He was speaking in a cheque distributing ceremony of cylinder blast victims in Lahore on Sunday.
The Minister gave cheques to relatives of seven deceased and three injured cylinder blast victims of the area amounting to Rs 100,000 and Rs 50,000.
He ruled out the possibility of detracting of peace process between Pakistan and India because of recent bomb blasts in the City of Lahore.
He took notice of delay in the development work in Saddar area of Cantt said new roads and water supply projects would soon commence in the area.
On trade with Israel, the Minister repeated that recent statement of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz was enough to clarify on the issue of trade with that country, he added.
