The LHC has adjourned the proceedings in a petition filed by Mian Miraj, cousin of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif challenging his decision to hand over the family assets to some financial institutions against their liabilities. The court put off the proceedings, as the petitioner's counsel failed to appear before the court.
