Oxford University Press (OUP), as part of its on-going teacher training program, is holding a workshop for teachers 'On Track', a complete English program for primary level on Saturday, October 01, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Civil Aviation Club.
The On Track series, written by Peter Moss, is based on the current syllabus requirements of primary level classes. It provides strong English language course structure and uses the best modern teaching methods for establishing, reinforcing and enhancing among students, the knowledge and understanding of comprehension, language and written skills.
The series comes complete with the teachers' guide and interactive e-guide CD for teachers. The teacher's guide contains useful notes, important definitions, answers to course book exercises and guidelines for lesson plans, while interactive e-guide CD for teachers encompasses a host of rich features such as printable material, presentations, explanations and topic related web links.
Each course book accompanies an e-guide CD for students as well, which while complimenting the textbook, acts as an interactive workbook and provides plenty of practice and reinforcement to the pupils. The workshop leader, Muhammad Ali Khan has conducted many workshops all over the country in the past few years. He has nine years of experience in teaching and publishing English network.
