Brazil is expected to export a record 25 million tonnes of soyabeans in 2006/07 (February-January), up from 21.3 million tonnes in 2005/06, Brazil's Vegetable Oils Industry Association (Abiove) said Friday.
But in a preliminary forecast, Abiove said that soyameal exports will fall to 12.8 million tonnes in 2006/07 from 13.1 million tonnes the previous season. Soyaoil exports are also seen down at 2.35 million tonnes from 2.45 million tonnes.
