Adviser to Punjab Chief Minister Mrs. Sadia Shahzad Chaudhry said close co-ordination and co-operation among international donor agencies, NGOs and the government in education sector may prove helpful to raise the standard of education in the country.
According to a handout, she expressed these views while visiting the child-friendly schools of Unicef set up in different districts of Punjab.
It is pertinent to mention that daily lesson plan have been prepared under the supervision of adviser to chief minister Mrs. Sadia Shahzad Chaudhry.
During the visit, she also briefed newsmen about daily lesson plan. She stated introduction of lesson planning would enable teachers to do their duty in accordance with the need of hour.
Proper lesson planning may be helpful to reduce frustration of teachers in classroom but also broaden their vision regarding subjects of curriculum.
The introduction of educational calendar and manual is a first step towards daily lesson planning.
She stressed upon teachers to pay due attention to the assessment of students regarding their studies.
