Sindh University employees donate one-day salary to relief fund

Sindh University Teachers, Officers and Employees here on Monday announced the donation of their one-day basic salary to the President's Relief Fund for the help of quake victims.
In its notification, the Registrar of University has said a cheque of contribution for the total amount would be deposited in the President's Relief Fund for the support of earthquake victim's families.
The University has also set up four Relief Camps to collect donations from every one wishing to contribute.
The donation may include Canned Food items, Warm Clothing and Blankets for the earthquake victims.
The relief camps have been set up at the Offices of the Director Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences (IMCS), Director Pakistan Study Center, Chairperson Department of Psychology at the Campus and the Ajnuman-e-Bahbood-e-Khawateen Sindh University Colony Jamshoro.
A team of 10-member volunteers of students and teachers of Pakistan Study Center will leave for Islamabad to carry relief goods as well as help the earthquake victims by giving voluntary services there.
