The employees of the ministry of foreign affairs have donated Rs two million towards the President's Earthquake Relief Fund from their common welfare fund, a ministry press release said on Tuesday. The officers and staff of the foreign ministry will also donate the equivalent of two days and one-day salary respectively to the relief fund, it said.
Pakistan's diplomatic missions abroad will be contributing towards the relief of the quake victims separately, it added.
