Punjab Commerce Minister Muhammad Ajmal Cheema said here on Tuesday that the provincial government has taken immediate measures for reduction of prices of commodities at Utility Store chains in the province.
He said that with lower rates of commodities in Ramazan bazaars ensured, Fair Price Shops have been set up at various places. He said 80 shopkeepers have been booked for price hike in Ramazan and 800 raids conducted in the holy month for this purpose.
