Lopez squeezes home in Austrian defence

Defending champion Feliciano Lopez had a scare before reaching the quarter-finals in defence of the only title of his career so far in the BA-CA Trophy.
The eighth-seeded Spaniard was twice unable to close out the match from winning positions against Oliver Marach, a local wild card player, and was nearly taken to a fraught final set tie-breaker before squeezing home 6-4, 6-7, 7-5 on Thursday.
