On account of Eid-ul-Fitr falling on November 4 and Diwali on November 1, the Sindh government has decided that full pay and allowances/pension for October will be paid in advance to all Muslim and Hindu employees/pensioners of provincial government (including work charged and contingent paid establishment) on October 25, 2005, it was officially announced here on Friday.
