Kasuri leaves for UAE

Foreign Minister, Khurshid Mehmud Kasuri left here Monday for Abu Dhabi for a visit to United Arab Emirates. The minister, in his meeting with the UAE leadership, would discuss matters of bilateral interest including enhancement of co-operation in various fields.
The visit would also provide an opportunity to express gratitude for the prompt and generous relief assistance provided by the brotherly people of UAE for the quake victims in Pakistan, a foreign office statement said.
Kasuri is scheduled to return on Tuesday and would accompany the Prime Minister to Moscow on Wednesday to attend a meeting of the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation (SCO).
