Additional District and Sessions Judge Lahore has directed SHO Shadman to lodge FIR against Amir and others for attacking a trader Mian Muhammad Iqbal and his wife.
The petitioner approached the court against the respondent SHO with prayer to direct the respondent SHO to register FIR against the persons who attacked him and his wife. The petitioner contended through his counsel Malik Bilal Zia that they were in litigation with the respondents who were compelling them to withdraw the cases against them, or face dire consequences.
They accused had attacked the petitioner and his wife when they were on their way to home. The petitioner approached the concerned SHO for registration of FIR but he refused.
He also approached the high police officials but failed to get any relief. He therefore approached the court with prayer to direct the respondent SHO to act in accordance with the law and to registered FIR against the respondents.
The court, after hearing the petitioner's counsel Malik Bilal Zia at length, directed the respondent SHO to register FIR against the other respondents.
