Rising trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Friday as most of the buying continued on anticipation of further increase in prices, dealers said.
The December vaida commenced at Rs 442.00, later it picked up 30 paisa to be day's best at Rs 442.30. In the process of trading, it lost one rupee to be day's bottom at Rs 441.30 and closing was seen at Rs 441.40.
The January vaida opened at Rs 448.00. Later, it gained 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 448.50. In the process of trading, it shed Rs 2.60 to be day's lowest at Rs 446.00 and market settled at the same rate, dealers said.
