Ladybird scheme anniversary on November 14

The 40th anniversary of the original Ladybird Keywords Reading Scheme will be celebrated at a local hotel on November 14.
Tony and Lorna (the real characters of Ladybird Keywords scheme's Peter and Jane) are visiting Pakistan for the first time to do Keywords Scheme's presentation. Tony and Lorna are the children of the Keywords Reading Scheme's creator Bill Murray.
Ladybird books are well-known all over the world. For millions of people, they bring back the golden days of childhood learning to read, discovering the magic of books and growing up.
According to Abdul Qadir Gadit, general manager (sales & admin), Paramount Publishing Enterprise, who are the sole distributors of Ladybird publications have arranged the presentation, which would be a great help for the teachers.
Tony and Lorna will make two hours presentation in which they will discuss about the content, history of Ladybird Keywords Scheme and how to use it, and also discuss general teaching tips and ideas, games to play in the classroom, etc.
Besides the presentation, Tony Murray and Lorna Hillman as Peter and Jane will also address the press for two days ie November 14 and 15.
