National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) Chairman, Brig Saleem Ahmed Moeen (Retd) has been conferred ID Outstanding Achievement Award, said a statement issued here on Sunday.
It said the award was conferred on by the ID World International Congress and endorsed by the Italian Minister for Innovation and Technologies, in an event took place in Rome on November 2-4 at the Aurelia convention center and Expo.
It said the ID World International Congress, the most renowned conference and exhibition focusing on identification issues, was organised by Wise Media with support of an International Technical Committee of industry experts, which appreciated performance of the Nadra Chairman and said he had been at the forefront of his country's drive to successfully develop and implement highly secure ID solutions.
The ID People Awards were conferred on the outstanding members of the ID Revolution Community, who stand out from amongst the gallery of those exhibiting unparalleled commitment, leadership, originality and innovation.
