Microsoft Corp on Monday said it is actively looking for a replacement for Chief Accounting Officer Scott Di Valerio, who has been named to an additional role as vice president of OEM sales and marketing.
Di Valerio will continue to serve in his current position until the company appoints his successor, Microsoft said.
