Guru Mandir area is a risky place, daily one traffic accident or the other takes place, particularly at night, resulting in fatalities and casualties. The motorists, scooterists, bus and wagon-drivers move at the fastest speed without caring about the pedestrians.
Even during prayer timings people have difficulty to cross roads to reach the mosques.
The former Nazime Aala did not take any notice of the agony of the old, ill persons and the children. Either there should be speed-breakers or overbridge for the commuters to cross the roads.
One hopes the new Nazim takes early steps for the benefit of the pedestrians.
