Minister of State for Interior Dr Waseem Shahzad has appreciated the efforts of the MOL trainers team for the knowledge and skills they are imparting to two doctors and eight paramedics to improve their skills for decontamination and disaffection of buildings and relief camps.
He was visiting the ongoing training at the CDA Hospital, Islamabad. CDA Chairman Kamran Lashari was also present on the occasion.
The team led by Jaun Culka is visiting Pakistan on the special invitation of Waseem Shahzad, who feeling the need for the local resource to be trained in the use of special chemicals and high-powered machines for decontamination and disinfection asked one of the world renowned teams to impart training here. The team also includes Dr Karol Balog, who is a University Professor in Environment and Chemicals Safety.-PR
