A single bench of Lahore High Court has adjourned the hearing of Ittefaq Groups assets sales case for December 6. The court was earlier informed that appeals of the Meraj family and others were still pending with a division bench.
The sale of the four units belonging to the group, including Ittefaq Foundry, Brothers Steels at Kot Lakhpat, Ittefaq Brothers at Shahdara and Ilyas Enterprises on Bund Road, was also pending with a single bench.
The said industrial units were surrendered by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif against his and his family's bank liabilities.
