The Directorate of Haj, NWFP, has arranged training programmes for intending male and female Hujjaj throughout the province.
In this connection, training programmes were held in Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Karak, Bannu, Swat, Dir, Buner, and Shabqadar wherein 6,314 intending Hujaj participated. They were also vaccinated on the occasion. This process will continue till November 27.
However, some training programmes are still remaining in certain areas, which will be held as per the following schedule:
In Peshawar City, the training programme will be held on November 27 at GHS No 2 Peshawar, while for intending Hujaj of Mardan, Takhtbai and Shergarh, as their training will take place on November 23, 25 and 27 at the residence of Hafiz Aziz Ahmad Qazi, Darul Uloom Islamia, Shergarh and Services Public School, Shamsi Road, Mardan, respectively.
The intending Hujjaj of Charsadda will get training on November 23 at Al-Karam Public School, Tangi Road, while pilgrims of Swabi on November 27 at G.P. S Kaloo Khan, Madrassa Sulman-e-Farsi, Topi. The intending pilgrims of Lahor Swabi will be trained at Islamia Public High School Tordher Swabi on November 28.
The pilgrims of DI Khan, Kulachi, Daraban, Paharpur will be trained at Auditorium Hall, DI Khan on November 23, 24, 25 and 26,respectively. Likewise, the intending pilgrims of Tank will be trained at Govt Degree College, Tank, on November 27.
In District Shangla, the intending pilgrims of Shangla, Bisham, Puran, Alpuri, Chakesar will be given training at GHS Alpuri, Shangla on Novembwer 23.
Similarly, in District Dir, the pilgrims of Barawal, Kohistan, Dir and Dir city will be trained at GHS Dir on November 23, the intending Hujjaj of Wari and Khal will be given training at GHS Wari on November 24, while those of Samar Bagh, Munda will be trained at GHS Samar Bagh, Dir on November 25.
According to the training schedule issued for the Agencies, the intending pilgrims of Miranshah, North Waziristan Agency will be given training at Maulana Roman Masjid Miranshah Mir Ali on November 23, the pilgrims of Jamrud, Khyber Agency will be provided training at GHS No 2 Jamrud, Khyber Agency on November 25, the pilgrims of Darra Adam Khel, FR Kohat will be trained at Hujra H. Jehanzeb Miri Khel, Darra Adam Khel on November 29.
The training for intending Hujjaj of Kurram Agency and Orakzai Agency has been arranged at the residence of Dr S. Manan Bangash, near Red Bridge (Soor Pul) Doaba, Tehsil and District Hangu from November 23 to 30, while the intending Hujjaj of South Waziristan Agency, will go under training at Govt Degree College, Tank on December 24.
