Mild quake jolts Quetta

A mild earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale jolted south-western Pakistan on Monday but there were no casualties, officials said. Tremors were felt at 10:36 am (0536 GMT) in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, which borders Iran, seismological department official Muhammad Irfan said. "It was a mild quake and its magnitude was 4.7," Irfan said.
