Wheat release to flour mills demanded

Pakistan Flour Mills Association (PFMA), Punjab Branch, has asked the government to immediately release wheat from government godowns to flour mills so as to check the increasing prices of wheat flour.
In a press statement here on Monday, representatives of the flour mills association including Haji Ibrahim, Majid Abdullah and Sheikh Muhammad Khalid also demanded of the government to abolish 15 percent regulatory duty imposed on the import of Atta from Afghanistan.
They also demanded of the government to pay dues of "Ramazan Package" owed by the government.
