LSE suspends trading of LTV Modaraba

The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has suspended trading in the certificates of LTV Modaraba for a period of 60 days, with effect from November 29.
According to a notice circulated by the LSE to all its members on Monday, LTV Modaraba has neither paid annual fee of the exchange nor paid any bonus or dividend for the last five years. Apart from this, it is also violating other reporting requirements. In view of the above, the governing board of the LSE has decided to suspend the trading of LTV Modaraba from 29th of this month, it added.
