Wapda workers demand raise in medical allowance

Pakistan Wapda Employees Pegham Union has asked the government to take immediate steps for the resolution of problems confronted to the Wapda workers.
While addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Miraj-uddin Khan Chief Executive Wapda Pegham Union demanded of the government to cancel the proposed programme of privatisation of Wapda.
He also demanded restoration of departmental exams for the promotion of Wapda workers, increase in medical as well as education allowance.
