Philippines share prices are expected to see mixed trading next week as some stocks are still overbought but many investors are now feeling optimistic about the market, dealers said.
"For this week, the market will tend to have mixed trading," said Ron Rodrigo of Accord Capital Equities Inc. For the week to December 2, the composite index gained 8.79 points or 0.4 percent to 2,114.89 points.
Average daily turnover rose to 1.095 billion shares while average daily volume slipped to 977.25 million pesos (18.05 million dollars) compared to 696 million shares worth 1.15 billion pesos last week.
