Former Japanese Prime Minister gives donation

Former Japanese Prime Minister, Tsutomu Hata visited Pakistan Embassy in Tokyo to present cash donations of Yen 400,000 to Ambassador Kamran Niaz for the earthquake-survivors. The donation was on behalf of the Roppongi Chorus Club.
According to a message received here on Saturday, Hata who is the Supreme Advisor of the Democratic Party of Japan, is the honorary chairman of Roppongi Chorus Group. He offered his services to garner more assistance for the October 8 quake-victims. The former Japanese Premier told the Pakistani Ambassador that he would impress upon the Japanese government to extend more help in the rehabilitation and reconstruction work in Pakistan.
