Balochistan nationalist parties have given a call to observe 'black day' on Wednesday against the military action in Balochistan's Dera Bugti and Kohlu areas.
Jamhoori Wattan Party (JWP) leader Shahid Bugti said that four-parties Baloch alliance had given a call to observe 'black day' on December 21 against the ongoing military action against the Baloch people. He said protest demonstrations would be staged in Balochistan and Karachi.
The ARD and PONM member parties in the province have also supported the black day call and convened a meeting to devise strategy against the military action.
MMA has also condemned military action and supported the cause of Baloch people.
Meanwhile, another reports said that gunship helicopters were used in a large military operation against Marri tribe in Kohlu. The operation was launched in Kan, Mawand and Babbor areas of Kohlu district.
Officials claimed several camps and bases of miscreants were destroyed during the air strikes. Marri tribe said more than 40 tribesmen were killed in the attacks. Several people have been killed from both sides in clashes.
